One day Allah ordered the angels Jibril alaihissalam to go see one of His creatures the buffalo and asked the buffalo whether he was pleased to have been created by Allah Almighty as a buffalo. The angel Jibril immediately went to see the buffalo.
On a hot afternoon, that buffalo were bathing in the river. The angel Jibril came to it and then began to ask the buffalo, "O buffalo are you happy to have been made by Allah the Almighty as a buffalo??". The bull replied, "Masya Allah, thank God, I'm grateful to Allah Almighty who has made me as a buffalo, than I be used as a bat which showered with its own urine." Hearing that answer , the Angel Jibril immediately go see a bat.
The angel Jibril then visited a bat which in that afternoon it was asleep in a cave. Then Jibril began to ask, "Bat, are you happy to have been made by Allah the Almighty as a bat??". "Masya Allah, thank God, I give thanks to Allah Almighty which has made me as a bat?? than I was made as a worm. It is small, live in the soil, walk just using his stomach", said the bat. Hearing that answer the Angel Jibril immediately go see a worm which was crawling on the ground.
The angel Jibril said to worm, "O little worms are you happy to have made by Allah as worm??". The worm replied, "Masya Allah, Praises to Allah, I give thanks to Allah Almighty which has made me as worm, rather than He made me as a Human. When they do not have complete faith and do not sholih when they die they will be tormented forever and ever ".
Hopefully we can take a lesson from this story
